Thank goodness for Beverly Overhead Door!  When we bought our new home, we knew that we would eventually need to replace the garage doors.  But, it took a cold winter as well as a mishap with the old doors to give an early look at new garage doors.  We called around and Beverly Overhead Door came out to take a look at our old doors. I had inadvertently gotten my fingers caught between the panels of the old doors and it was Beverly Overhead Door that helped get the old door back on track as well as point out some serious safety concerns with the old doors.  Needless to say, it was time to get some new doors.  After a very thorough explanation as to the various door types, openers, and insulative properties, Jim helped us determine what would best meet our needs.  Installation only took a few hours, and right away we noticed some major improvements; namely, almost-silent operation, an instant warming of the portion of the house over the garage, and a classy exterior appearance. Everything was done professionally, quickly and thoroughly.   We could not be happier.

Jimmy was super helpful when my garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. He suggested as many things as possible over the phone and when nothing worked his son came out the next day. We were able to shimmy open a window and crawled through to open the door manually. Cory checked the motor thoroughly and determined it was beyond repair and over 25 years old so a replacement was ordered. All the staff at the office have been very helpful and Jimmy knows his stuff! I was having problems with my garage doors and remote controls, which were 15 years old. Jim answered all of my questions via phone calls and texts over several days, trying to help me troubleshoot. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. Eventually when I reached a road block, Jim drove a long way to get to my home and spent 4 hours fixing my garage doors and remotes, while telling amusing stories the entire time.
