Garage door safety is also very important to Jim.All wires are run in the neatest manner possible. Wires are stapled up to each jam to the ceiling, over the top of the door to the center. Then both are stapled alongside the motor rail to the motorhead. Safety cables are installed on every new door, and are included in the price. All doors and motor doors are well-lubricated, per manufacturers' specifications. The price also includes removal of all old doors, tracks, springs, hardware, and motors. Once your door is installed, we wipe it clean both inside and out, and sweep your garage.
Jim stocks all parts for the garage door motors he sells, and technicians carry most parts in their company trucks. If necessary, this enables our fast response to repairing your door to get your garage up and running as soon as possible.
We stand by our work, and even offer this guarantee: If you experience a problem with your door that Jim's team cannot resolve, he will replace the motor head on a new unit for the first year.
